President Barack Obama can change the way we fight AIDS at home and abroad, and he should make AIDS a priority in his first 100 days.

Join hundreds of activists in DC on Thursday, Nov. 20th 2008
12:30pm - McPherson Square, 14th and I (eye) NW (One block from the White House)
with a march to the White House and Transition Team offices.

Free buses from Philly and NYC. Contact jeremy@nycahn.org for NYC buses or actupphilly@gmail.com for Philly buses.

We need your help to make this march a reality. There are a number of things you can do.

  1. Attend the march on Nov. 20th, and bring your friends. Click here to let us know you're coming!
  2. Download the flier and post it at coffee shops, AIDS service organizations, bars, wherever people will see it who may want to come join us.
  3. Sponsor one person to participate in the action. A $50 donation would include space on a bus, food and a sign for one participant. You can make a donation here.
  4. Consider an organizational donation to support this march. A bus from Philadelphia costs $1,250 and one from NYC costs $2,000. Your organizational donation of any amount can help offset the tremendous cost of bringing people living with HIV to the seat of power. Your organization can make a donation here.
  5. Help us plan messaging, visuals, outreach, press, and all the other things that are going into making a march successful. Join national organizing calls, held weekly on Thursdays at 4pm. Email 100daystofightaids@gmail.com for information on calling in.
